Responsible Business Week is here! (20.4.15 – 26.4.15) – this is Business in the Community’s (BITC) initiative to get companies across the UK talking about the good things they do and to encourage organisations to share their ideas.
The Great Business Debate is proud to support this. Throughout Responsible Business Week, we are putting spotlight on business culture, values and leadership. We’re profiling the views of business leaders and encouraging conversation about the issues online and via social media.
We know that businesses of all sizes, up and down the country are striving to be responsible in everything they do. How a company acts and its values gets to the very heart of issues affecting public confidence: from the balancing act between short and long-term interests to the leadership role of companies bosses.
As part of our Culture and Values spotlight, we are addressing some of these challenges and asking leaders for their insights in a series of 5 minute interviews. Don’t miss our podcast featuring BITC’s Stephen Howard.
