On Wednesday 25 February, we’re holding a panel debate with Which? to debate what more business can to build consumer trust.
Through The Great Business Debate, we want to encourage business men and women to address difficult issues head on – one of those is how businesses treat their customers.
CBI Deputy director-general Katja Hall will be joining Richard Lloyd, Which?, David Bird, E.ON and Andrew Miller, Guardian Media Group, to answer questions from a live audience in a debate chaired by business journalist Steph McGovern.
