how do i get listened to as a customer? more trust questions in

Our event with Which? Can Consumers Trust Business? takes place tomorrow (Wednesday 25 February).


Television business journalist Stephanie McGovern will be chairing as our panel of senior figures answer trust-in-business questions, including some we’ve already received and recorded.

The panel will be - David Bird (Customer Operations Director, E.ON), Katja Hall (CBI Deputy Director-General), Richard Lloyd (Executive Director, Which?) and Andrew Miller (Guardian Media Group Chief Executive).

What can the CBI do to alter the negative ‘Rip off Britain’ image to something more positive?

I should … ask why businesses only ever ask my views (by a real person) when I’m phoning to cancel an account?
