What one action would our audience prioritise to build consumer trust?

Through The Great business Debate, were encouraging people to give us their views on business and where it needs to do more.

At our Great Business Debate event with Which? yesterday (25.02.15), our panellists debated the actions they’d prioritise to build consumer trust.

But what did our audience want to see from business? Comments included:

  • Doing what you say you’ll do when and how you said you’d do it”
  • Delivering on promises or reacting quickly and genuinely to fix things that go wrong”
  • Responsiveness via all complaint channels, esp. social media & open, honest communication”
  • Not only be transparent but strive for a mutual understanding / i.e. educate, debate (well done here!)”
