Poll: nearly 50% say company behaviour most important for consumers

From 16–26 February 2015, we asked, ‘As a consumer, what is most important in influencing your trust in a business?’

Our website visitors responded that the behaviour of a company is more important than customer service and price with the full results as:

  • 48.8% — Company behaviour
  • 36.6% — Customer Service
  • 14.6% — Prices
